Our Case Study program is an experiential in-depth group exploration of the underlying themes and dynamics of a coaching client case presented by one of the participants.

We will:
  • Get in touch with processes related to the given client or topic.
  • Identify and work with the dynamics in the relational field between coach and client.
  • Gain clarity about the patterns that support as well as hinder the coaching work.
In our journey through the process, the community will:
  • Share experiences and knowledge of coaching to support the person bringing the case and expand the learning of the group.
  • Deepen inquiry skills.
  • Learn by the reflections observed.
  • Strengthen networks and enrich practices by sharing stories, and valuing and appreciating each other’s work.

Registration is capped at 5 people.

All registrants are encouraged to reflect on a coaching case they would like to bring forward for the group. This is generally a situation that you would like to better understand - perhaps your choices, options, feelings, approach, impacts, etc. It may be something from the past that feels unfinished, something you are anticipating in the future, or something happening right now in the present. As a case presenter, you will have the chance to hear questions from peers about your case and to get input that may provide new insights on working with clients. The focus is NOT on solving the client's problem nor on assessment of your skills or ability as a coach. The focus is on your experience as a coach and facilitating new insights and awareness.

***IMPORTANT NOTES***

Our Coaches Case Study workshop is an experiential program requiring active participation from all registrants.  We  begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. Arizona time and continue to 5:00 p.m. without a break. Please plan on logging in by 2:55 with a working mic and camera, in a space where you can be fully present and participate without disruption. Being on camera is required for throughout the program. Late participants will not be admitted to the Zoom room after the case study gets underway.

To be eligible for CCEUs for virtual programs, the participant must register and attend live programming in its entirety in order to receive CCE units.  Watching a recording will not qualify you for CCEUs. Please note that AI recordings, notetakers, or any similar technology is prohibited to protect confidentiality. Also, a notetaker or bot does not count toward your attendance of a virtual event.
