Get ready for a day of insight, connection, and growth!
We’re thrilled to partner with the Association of Change Management Professionals for a special event, “Coaching the Change We Lead”, taking place on October 17th at the ASU Skysong Center for Innovation. This full-day program will focus on Coaching and Change Management in Arizona, bringing together practitioners, leaders, and learners for meaningful conversations and practical takeaways.
In addition to engaging sessions, we’re offering opportunities for speakers and authors to share their expertise and showcase their books. This is an excellent way to contribute to the conversation while connecting with a dynamic professional community. If you’re interested in presenting, displaying a book, or have questions, please reach out to Dan Bartholomew, Board Director of Partnerships and Outreach, at dan@griffindunn.com.
We look forward to exploring change through the lens of coaching—and to the new connections and ideas that will come from it.
We can’t wait to see you there!
Keynote Speaker
Eileen Bartholomew, Chief Innovation and Product Officer, Navigate Corporation

Eileen is one part business strategist, one part design thinker, and one part technologist. Eileen’s holistic approach to solving complex challenges has led her to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a mosaic of diverse companies. Her experience stretches from visionary startups to world-shaping impact organizations; such as leadership at the XPRIZE Foundation
This session will guide participants through the process of replacing outdated organizational practices with human-centered frameworks that foster adaptability and innovation. As disruption accelerates and traditional structures become insufficient, Eileen provides practical strategies to redesign organizations so that they thrive in unpredictable environments. Through experiential learning and hands-on strategies, participants will leave equipped to build organizations that are flexible, resilient, and poised for sustainable success.
Thirty (30) minutes will be dedicated to an interactive, hands-on workshop where participants will engage with a design toolkit. Through this exercise, participants will deconstruct outdated practices and apply human-centered strategies, equipping them to return to their organizations with actionable, modern design strategies.
