Biography
Uta Komala Rohde holds the MCC and ACMC (Advanced Certified Mentor Coach) credentials as well as the new MCS accreditation for all 3 levels, ACC, PCC and MCC. For more than a decade, she has supported coaches in earning and advancing theirICF credentials at every level, offering mentor coaching grounded in competency-based feedback and deep coaching presence. Her approach helps coaches move beyond technique into genuine artistry — developing not only the skills the credential requires, but the embodied presence that distinguishes masterful coaching.
Uta teaches classes and presents regularly for ICF chapters across the United States, and serves on the ICF Southwest Program Development team. A longtime meditation practitioner and Certified Teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training, she weaves mindfulness and compassion into her mentoring, creating a learning environment that is both exacting and generous. Originally from Germany, Uta lives and works in Sedona, Arizona.
