Biography
Drew Jensen, PCC, serves as Strategic Partner for the Institute for Integrative Intelligence, supporting the Institute's growth and expanding its reach into corporate and executive coaching environments.
Drew brings over 35 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning software engineering, product marketing, instructional design, and executive coaching. He spent 21 years at Intel Corporation, where he helped design and deploy the company's leadership development curriculum, built its corporate-wide executive onboarding program in partnership with Dr. Michael Watkins, author of The First 90 Days, and coached hundreds of executives and senior leaders. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Sage Electronic Engineering.
Drew's coaching practice focuses on executives and senior leaders navigating complex organizations, working through questions of purpose, presence, influence, and leadership effectiveness. His approach is anchored in trust and communication. He is a certified instructor in Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue, a methodology closely aligned with Nonviolent Communication, and draws on it in the majority of his coaching engagements to help leaders find the courage to say what they think and address conflict directly.
A software engineer at his core, Drew brings a working fluency with artificial intelligence to the Institute, along with hands-on experience integrating AI tools into his own coaching practice. He is based in Chandler, Arizona.
