Biography
I help people – whether as individuals or as members of communities – change their lives for the better. I do this by helping people make changes in their own lives and in the worlds they inhabit. I also facilitate changes in community socioeconomic conditions and policies that address social determinants of health. I rely on data-driven decisions, whether the data is from a person's own experiences, or if it is from a community or organization.
I focus on individuals with focus issues, including ADD/ADHD, in the professional sphere, including small business owners, business professionals, and military members in leadership roles.
My processes include individual coaching and training, group facilitation and strategic planning, community assessment, program development, and helping organizations become successful and self-sustaining. I try my best to meet people where they are, to be as culturally in tune with them as possible, and to help them navigate the conditions of their lives.
