Biography
Eileen’s core value is creativity, and she is constantly evolving and learning. She’s an accomplished entrepreneur, recognized community leader, and finds innovative ways to blend and live a life of meaning. She sold her marketing firm after 40 years, and now leads a new company, One Creative View. Eileen works with both nonprofit and business leaders as an advisor, a leadership coach, teaches courage building skills as a Brené Brown trained Dare to Lead™ facilitator, and is an Integrative Enneagram practitioner. She also facilitates yearlong women’s leadership development forums. Eileen blends her training and experiences to support clients to create healthy mindsets, new skills, and achieve transformational shifts. She is passionate about supporting and growing more courageous, brave, and vulnerable leaders in the world.
Eileen is a recipient of the ATHENA Award, the Golden Heart of Business Award, the Scottsdale Chamber’s Legacy Award, and Homeward Bound’s Family Champion Award, among others. She’s a member of Scottsdale’s Hall of Fame and is a Top 30 Businesswoman by the Phoenix Business Journal. She served in board leadership roles for the Arizona Humane Society, The YMCA, Homeward Bound, Planned Parenthood of Arizona, Scottsdale & Phoenix Chamber of Commerce boards, community local banks and more. She is a committed lifelong change agent.
With an unbridled joy for life, Eileen loves to travel and explore with family and friends. She co-led US delegations to Uganda, Rwanda, Cambodia, Nepal, and South Africa through the Foundation for Global Leadership. After a medical mission trip to Mali in 2009 she was inspired to build a village school there. In 1998, she created a Baby Diaper Drive–now the Diaper Bank of Central Arizona. Always on the lookout for a new challenge, she’s rappelled off a high-rise for the Special Olympics and was the People’s Choice winner in the Dancing for Arizona’s Children contest.
Eileen has a Global Leadership Certificate from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Business degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Enneagram Individual and Teams Practitioner and proud to be one of 500 Brené Brown trained Dare to Lead™ Certified Facilitators worldwide.
