Connecting Sustainability and Well-being for a Better Future
As a competitive athlete, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive and succeed. Having run 13 marathons, I've learned that the true triumph isn’t in the finish line - it’s in the individual actions that lead to long-term results. It’s the early morning runs, the aching muscles, and the grit to keep moving forward. Much like life, success comes from the small, consistent efforts over time, not just the big moments. I've always been a systems thinker.
Throughout my corporate career, I’ve seen the incredible impact both individuals and business can have, not only on the planet, but on people. This experience has led to the deeper realization that sustainability is more than systems - it’s about how it shapes human experiences.
Whether redesigning environments or empowering healthier habits, I’ve realized my purpose is to bring the principles of thriving into actionable focus. Just like training for a marathon, it’s about consistent effort, resilience, and purpose, guiding individuals and teams to create lasting change, foster well-being and a sustainable future.
Recognized as a 2024 Global Top 50 Women in Sustainability; top 500 Global Sustainability Thought Leaders in The American Energy Society's report, released at COP 26 2021; featured as one of 60 industry Eco-Champions 2022; and one of three finalists for Women of the Year in Chemicals 2023.
Currently in process of earning my Well Coach, Health and Well-being certification.
