Biography
As a Latino born and raised in South Phoenix, Arizona, I’m proud of my roots and the resilience my family and community instilled in me. My mom’s sacrifices, my older brother’s guidance, and the mentors who believed in me shaped my drive to break barriers and become the first in my family to graduate from college, an experience that ignited my passion for helping others.
For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people grow: personally, professionally, and beyond. My journey has taken me from guiding students globally at Arizona State University, to advising homeowners on reaching their financial goals, to playing a key role in establishing a Career Success Center at South Mountain Community College. Along the way, I have also traveled to over 15 countries, including teaching English in Madrid, Spain, further expanding my perspective on life, happiness, and human connection.
Today, I’m the founder of Carlitos Hernandez Growth Media, LLC, where I serve as a Holistic Growth Coach, helping people grow in the areas that matter most to them through:

Certified as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Life Coach (CLC), and Master NLP Practitioner (MNLP), I bring a wealth of experience, perspective, and practical tools to every session, always tailoring the experience to meet people where they are. Coaching isn't just my profession, it is my calling.
My mission is simple: to spread love and help people grow into their best selves.
Aside from coaching, I am also fulfilling this mission by following my dreams of having my own show, The Carlitos Hernandez Show, like Oprah and Dr. Phil, to help others and inspire people from similar backgrounds to believe that anything is possible, no matter where you come from. I am grateful to say that time has come!
